How can I book?
Villetta Monti e Mare is open for bookings from mid-April to the end of October for a minimum of 6 days, with check-in /-out restricted from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday
The accomodation is appropriate for 6 people (max. 6 adults +1 baby).
Please contact your host, Farah Moria, by phone or by email to block a specific period and agree on payment agenda: all details will be listed in a Short-Term-Vacation-Lease-Agreement to be signed.
What are the cancellation and prepayment policies?
Our very competitive price offer is fixed and therefor cancellation is not free of charge. The client must pay 50% of the total rental price upon signing the contract (at least 3 months before check-in), and both parties will agree on a payment schedule for the remaining installments. In case of a change of plans, payments made are non-refundable.

What do guests need to know before booking?
The villetta is on a hillside, so there are many exterior and interior staircases.
What rules should guests follow during their stay?
No more than 6 people in total will be housed at the Property.
The keys to the villa will be given to the Tenant at the villa by the Owner’s Agent on the arrival date and should be returned before 10.00 am on the departure date. Specific arrival and departure times will be arranged before arrival by Owner, the Tenant, and the Owner’s Agent. The Owner's Agent may charge a small fee to the Tenant if arrival on the arrival date is after 8 pm.
The pool is cleaned once at the start of your stay. It is possible to request an additional cleaning during your rental for 40 € at your expense, subject to local agent's availability.
DO NOT ENTER THE POOL WHEN ROBOT IS IN THE POOL!
Repairs to the property are the responsibility of the Owner who agrees to make repairs as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that repairs must be made at the property, Tenant guarantees access to the property to Owner’s workmen and representatives. In case of non-compliance on the part of the Tenant, the Owner or his representatives are authorized to enter the property in the Tenant’s absence.
If Tenant finds any defects in the villa or furnishings or appliances for which they are not responsible, Tenant should report them to the Owner’s Agent within 48 hours after receiving the keys.
The property must be used exclusively as a tourist residence. Housing more than 6 people at the villa, or staying past the departure date is not allowed. Extensions of the rental period must be agreed to in writing.
A Tenant who vacates the villa before the departure date will receive no refund.
The Tenant expressly exonerates the Owner from any responsibility for direct or indirect damages, or for theft of personal effects at the property, for which the Owner is not responsible. The Owner is not responsible for stoppages in services (e.g. lack of water or electricity) for which Owner has no control.
What are the potential additional costs?
Water, propane, and electricity are included in the rental fee. Electricity for air conditioners (AC) is metered separately and as part of your visit, Tenants are provided 150kWh in electricity to operate the ACs. There is an excess charge of 0.50€ per kWh over the allowance of 150kWh. Excess charges for AC use are payable on the departure date. Under normal use in the summer, 150kWh is significantly more than what is needed to operate air conditioners at the villa.
Will be charged for loss or breakage:
- 3 keys of key bunch €100
- Alarm key (piece of black plastic on the key bunch) €200
Failures to respect the house rules will be billed as follows:
- Failure of house left in unacceptable conditions, at check out €50
- Failure of uncleaned barbecue, at check out €25
- Failure to eliminate and separate the recycling collection, at check out €60
