Tap water is safe to drink. In the kitchen, there is a small filtration tap to the left of the main tap. This saves you from having to buy bottled water during your stay.

Dishwasher

After choosing the program, close the door. The machine will start after 15sec. The detergent tablets are under sink.

Clothes washer (downstairs)

The instructions for use are on the machine. Please use biodegradable detergent and do not overload the drum.

Mosquitoes

There are mosquito nets on all windows and patio doors. There are fans in the villa that are helpful if the mosquitoes bother you while eating on the terrace.

Beach and sports equipment

We provide all the necessary equipment for your comfort and many travelers leave also behind the items they acquired during their stay: beach chairs and sun loungers, parasols, masks and snorkels, inflatable mattresses, beach games, yoga mats, tennis rackets, ....

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with numerous appliances: a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, a conventional oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini Italian coffee maker, coffee filters, a hand blender, etc.

Also available: oil, vinegar, an assortment of spices, tea, sugar, etc.

Summer kitchen

Barbecue, dining area for 6 people.

We provide all the necessary equipment for cooking, please: - use the barbecue utensils provided for this purpose and not the usual kitchen utensils, - clean the barbecue after use, it is much more difficult to clean the next day!

Air conditioning

In all bedrooms and the kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor.

There is a remote control for each unit; rooms cool down quickly. When using AirCo, please close doors and windows. At night, the normal setting is 24°C. Don't forget to turn it off in the morning when you leave the room. 

Electricity consumption for air conditioning is measured separately at the villa: 100 kWh per week is enough to run all AC units in the evening and at night. Any excess of 150 kWh max. per week will be billed at 0.50 euro / kWh. Be careful to avoid additional charges.

Our on-site reception agent will explain how the system works during check-in.

Key box

Travelers check-in usually takes place in person, but in certain special cases our agent may offer you the option of using the key box; the decision rests with him.
