Accommodation
The villa offers ample space for your comfort.
Inside, three elegant bedrooms on three levels, and two shower rooms with toilets. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge area await you. In the basement, a spacious relaxation lounge with games, TV, books, and a foosball table, as well as a storage area for beach equipment.
Outside, a large terrace under the patio features a lounge sofa, four sun loungers, a dining area and barbecue, a shower, and a swimming pool with a two-person sun deck. Adjoining the master bedroom, a small terrace overlooks the bay. At the bottom of the villa, there is a small garden with local plants. At the rear of the house, there is a rubbish bin area and a clothesline. At the entrance, there is a private parking space.

1st bedroom with twin or double beds
Beds to be agreed upon, French window overlooking the mountain, shower room on the same level.

Enjoy our private pool, summer kitchen with barbecue and spacious terraces for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Pool and outside shower
Unlimited access from mid-April to the end of November to the heated swimming pool with a sun deck below, featuring 2 sun loungers with sunshades.
The pool is cleaned 1x/week. Filtration is automatic; there is a net and a pool robot available. The chlorine tablet must stay IN the blue-white float ! which must remain floating in the pool. DO NOT ADD chlorine !
The shower does not have hot water, it is intended for rinsing yourself. Please do not use soap in the outside shower.
A life jacket is available for toddlers so that parents fully enjoy the pool in peace !!!

The property is regularly maintained and the watering system is automatic.
Household linens
Please note that there is a fee of €25/person for bed linen and towels which must be paid to our property manager in cash upon arrival.
Cleaning
Please note that there is an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €110 which must be paid to our property manager in cash upon arrival.
The villa is cleaned upon your arrival and after your departure. Before you leave, please ensure that the fridge is empty and that you have disposed of all your rubbish. Please also ensure that all the dishes are clean and tidy or on the drying rack.
Smoking
Monti e Mare is a non-smoking villa. Please smoke outside. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground - they are a fire hazard for dry brushes and the surrounding properties.
